FS are committed to carrying out our business lawfully, ethically and with integrity.
As part of this commitment, we want to ensure that our staff, or any third party acting on our behalf, do not act corruptly or unethically in our dealings with any other company, person, advertiser or user of our company or sites. We also have released a statement on modern slavery (please click here to see separate policy) and a Dignity at work statement (Please see below).
These documents set out how acts of bribery and corruption, modern forms of slavery and harassment, are prevented from taking place in our company or on our Platform/sites.
We want to ensure that the standards of behaviour to which all our staff, Advertisers and Users of the site must adhere to and which reflect the common sense, good business practices and human decency, tolerance and understanding that we all work to achieve in any event.
The code of conduct shows the minimum requirement we expect from all our advertisers and users of our Platform/sites.
All our codes and polices and related documents have been designed to comply with UK civil and criminal legislation.
Treat others how you want to be treated.
Dignity at work
FS supports Dignity at work which recognises the right of all colleagues and advertisers to be treated with respect and dignity and is committed to the development of positive policies for the elimination of all kinds of harassment and abuse regardless as to why.
Everyone has the right (providing its lawful) to do what they want to do, without insult or fear.
