Purpose of this Anti-Slavery and Anti Trafficking Policy
This policy applies to all persons advertising and/or associated with our Platform and/or site(s) in any capacity.
We have and will continue to be committed to implementing systems and controls aimed at ensuring that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within/on our Platform and or site(s).
FS seeks to ensure ‘best in class’ services for all users of the FS site(s).
FS is committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking.
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights.
It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.
FS are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.
This policy is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the FS Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy.
For avoidance of doubt: FS will work with enforcement agencies to ensure successful prosecution of anyone (individual or group) who uses, directly or indirectly, the FS sites for any purpose in contravention of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
The FS sites provide adult service advertising and promotion.
FS provides the tools and mechanisms for adults to engage with each other, via group or individual communications, including broadcasting of text, pictures and videos, including broadcast and purchase of public or private performances this list is not exhausted.
FS Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring there is transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our sites which includes Advertisers (sellers) of services and Customers (buyers) of such services, consistent with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We expect the same high standards from all of our contractors, Advertisers, suppliers and other business partners and as part of our contracting processes, we include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, or anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children, and we expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same high standards.
This policy applies to all persons using our sites in any capacity, working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives and business partners.
In light of FS obligation to report on measures to ensure that all parts of our business and supply chain are slavery free, FS has put in place this Anti-Slavery Policy and, FS has reviewed its policies and procedures to assess their effectiveness in identifying potential modern slavery issues.
This Anti-Slavery Policy and our workplace policies and procedures demonstrate our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our company, on our sites and in our supply chains.
For avoidance of doubt, FS proactively works with enforcement authorities and will report any person or group that appears to be in contravention with human rights and/or other prevailing law.
Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate human rights abuse, FS employs “moderators”, which comprise sophisticated technologies that are extremely efficient and are then checked by human moderators.
All incidents that are questionable are reported to senior administrators that have the experience and powers to escalate such incidents to official enforcement authorities.
Supplier Adherence to FS Values
FS have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those who enter our sites as users, advertisers, company employees and contractors (this list is not limited) comply with our values and compliance programme.
Advertisers are encouraged to confirm their identity via our Validation process
FS reserves the right to verify all identities, advertiser or customer, via all available and legal means, which may include criminal and financial histories that are in the public domain.
FS has a dedicated compliance team, led by FS senior management.
Compliance with the Policy
You must ensure that you read, understand and comply with this policy.
The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of FS businesses which includes anyone or company that use our site in any capacity, supply any service to us or the site, the responsibility of all those working for us or under our control (this list is not limited). You are required to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy.
You must notify via email@example.com as soon as possible if you believe or suspect that a conflict with this policy has occurred or may occur in the future.
You are encouraged to raise concerns about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery in any parts of our business or on our sites at the earliest possible stage.
If you believe or suspect a breach of this policy has occurred or that it may occur, you must report straight away.
If you are unsure about whether a particular act, the treatment of workers more generally, or their working conditions within any tier of our company or sites or associates constitutes any of the various forms of modern slavery, raise it straight away with a moderator.
We aim to encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith under this policy, even if they turn out to be mistaken. We are committed to ensuring no one suffers any detrimental treatment as a result of reporting in good faith their suspicion that modern slavery of whatever form is or may be taking place in any part of our own business or on the sites.
